The condo was renovated in 2023 and all furnishings were purchased new. Brand new tub/shower combination installed in December 2024!

Appointed with a queen-size bed and dreamy memory foam mattress, a full size couch with a pull out bed, a dedicated desk and working area complete with a monitor and HDMI cable. Enjoy a meal the spacious dining table or on the back deck overlooking the fairway of No. 5. All towels and linens are provided and there is a laundry room in the neighborhood with coin-operated washers and dryers for you to use.

The living area is equipped with a 50-inch FireTV Smart TV with Netflix or any other streaming app available for use, along with Spectrum Cable TV (complete with the Golf Channel of course)!

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a weekend getaway or month-long stay, including stainless steel appliances. You will love our well-appointed, cozy condo with easy access to all Pinehurst has to offer. Make yourself at home in one of the world’s most celebrated golf towns!

There is a spacious shower/tub combo in the bathroom with a grab-bar for your convenience.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.
