Please note this is a second-story condo. You must ascend a total of 12 exterior steps to get to the front door.

The condo was renovated in 2022 and all furnishings were purchased new. Appointed with a king-size bed and dreamy memory foam mattress, two cozy armchairs for relaxing, a dedicated desk and working area complete with a monitor and HDMI cable. All towels and linens are provided and there is a laundry room in the neighborhood with coin-operated washers and dryers for you to use. Just like a boutique hotel room but with a full kitchen!

The living area is equipped with a 50-inch Roku Smart TV with Netflix or any other streaming app available for use, including Spectrum Cable TV streaming (complete with the Golf Channel of course)!

The spacious bathroom is appointed with a custom walk-in shower and a luxurious "rain-shower" showerhead with an optional handheld piece - shower is brand new and was remodeled in 2024.

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d need for a weekend getaway or month-long stay, including stainless steel appliances.which were purchased new in 2022.You will love our well-appointed, cozy condo with easy access to all Pinehurst has to offer. Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.
